Anette Lyons-Evans
Principal and Managing Partner.
Anette is responsible for sourcing deals, ensuring asset performance and overseeing its management.
Born and raised in Lima Perú, Anette Talie moved to Florida to fulfill her dream of studying abroad. She transferred, receiving her Bachelor of Architecture from Florida Atlantic University. In her 18 years in architecture, Anette has acquired a broad range of experience in architectural design, construction and project management on a wide variety of project types.
Due to the financial crisis and great recession, in 2010 Anette started looking for other options, besides Architecture, to reach financial freedom and realized her goal of being a stay-at-home-mom. This is how in 2011, Anette finds a job managing properties for a foreign investor and in 2012 she acquires her first investment property.
Anette Talie is the host of South Florida Multifamily and More facebook group with over 2,000 active members and holds a Meetup the 3rd Tuesday of the month in Ft. Lauderdale. Additionally, she is the Co-host of the W2 Capitalist Mastermind Group and the Host of “Deal Closers Show” and “3 Expert Tips Video Series”.
Ryan Lyons-Evans
Principal and Managing Partner.
Ryan primarily focuses on market research, underwrites properties and acts as the transaction coordinator for the company.
Ryan currently holds 13 multifamily rental units. He is an experienced real estate investor and a commercial architect currently residing in South Florida. Ryan is known for his attention to detail and love for research. His calm nature and down to earth approach, keep the team in balance and focused on acquiring cash flowing properties.
Ryan grew up in Gainesville Florida. Following the foot steps of his father, Ryan pursued a career in Architecture. He received a 4-year Design Degree from University of Florida and moved to South Florida to receive his Bachelor of Architecture from Florida Atlantic University.
Beside Real Estate, Ryan enjoys surfing, traveling and spending time with his young family.
